Rossie started her professional career in 2018 graduating from Rutgers with a B.A. in Human Resources Management with a minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. However, Rossie has worked closely with Doris in the founding, and operations of previous family restaurant ventures since 2015 and throughout her corporate career, as an HR Business Partner at Amazon. Rossie soon realized entrepreneurship was in her blood and in 2022 she joined the Al Toque Family full time as co-owner.
